Standard Photo Release Agreement

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Tiffin University Photo Shoot indicated above, I agree that the photographs or DVD produced may be used by Tiffin University without limitation through any means and that I shall not receive any compensation for my participation. I further agree that my participation with Tiffin University confers upon me no rights of use, ownership, or copyright. I release Tiffin University, its employees, agents and assigns from all liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with the use of these photographs.

You will have to give your signature on the day of the shoot.
